These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Adapted mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Get Convey Inc dba Adapted ("Adapted," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

Adapted provides AI-generated personalized prehabilitation ("prehab") exercise programs based on your profile, injury history, and performance goals. The Service includes:

• AI-generated exercise programs and sessions
• An adaptive feedback loop that evolves your program over time
• An AI concierge for onboarding and ongoing guidance
• Optional integrations (e.g., Strava activity logging)

The Service is intended to support athletic performance and injury prevention as a complement to professional medical and physical therapy care - not as a replacement.
